To choose an individual approach
The period of cancer treatment is always a difficult time for the patient. I am ready to listen to you and hear your concerns.
To identify any peculiarities at any stage
At initial presentation or after unsuccessful treatment attempts, a thorough diagnosis is vital. I cooperate with recognized pathmorphological laboratories and expert radiology clinics, which help me to determine the diagnosis and extent of the tumor process precisely.
To conduct regular tests
I will personally supervise all stages of therapy, and after each of them I will conduct screenings to ensure the effectiveness of the treatment.
To provide support to people close to you
Outside the walls of the hospital, the patient spends time surrounded by family and friends. It is essential for them to be able to provide physical and psychological support to the patient. I’m ready to teach it to them. We are as a team of astronauts in the mission control center before a complicated mission. People have already flown before us, we know a lot about it, but each mission is unique and superpersonal.

Stage IV cancer is not a death sentence. I will build a treatment strategy for both the long and short term, both for a simple and seemingly hopeless case. Therapy is carried out in the presence of single or multiple metastases, as well as in case of severe pain syndrome.

Modern technologies
In my practice I use modern linear accelerators made by the best manufacturers - Ekekta Axesse, VERSA HD, CyberKnife (Accuray), Varian TrueBeam STX.
This class of machines makes it possible to irradiate the tumor extremely precisely, which means it is possible to carry out the so-called stereotactic radiosurgery and radiotherapy. This allows to irradiate any point of the body, any shape of tumor, and even moving targets, such as lung, liver, pancreas and prostate.

My interest in medicine started at a young age under the influence of the medical environment in the family. In 2011, I graduated from the famous Pediatric Academy in St. Petersburg, choosing oncology and radiation therapy for further studies in residency.
Interest in science
During my studies, there was a great move forwards in the development of artificial intelligence, robotics and big data. This made radiation therapy the most advanced treatment method, which allowed me to master it in real time.

Choosing my path, I was guided by the desire to help people and change the world for the better. Radiation therapy helps me with this, combining harmoniously efficiency in saving human lives and optimizing medical processes.

Treatment process

When determining indications for radiotherapy, the decision should not be "one-sided". I strictly adhere to the principle of a multimodal approach, developing treatment tactics together with the best surgeons, chemo- and radiotherapists.

With the help of CT, MRI and PET-CT, together with X-ray technicians, we will obtain and carefully study images of the area of interest in a comfortable and easily reproducible position of your body.

Together with a medical physicist, using a special program, we will create a computer model of the body with organs and areas where the tumor is located. Based on your anatomical and tumor features, we will determine the radiation protocol.

The treatment period is individual for each patient and can range from 1 to 35 days, from several minutes to an hour daily or more.

Unlike surgery, the effect of radiation therapy is not visible immediately, but takes time to implement. The timing of the control test is individual and is assigned depending on the characteristics of each case.
